Happy April fools day!!!

today we are going to show you a recipe for making 'pizza' well... it is actually a cake that looks like pizza! today we are going to show how to make it!!

You are going to need a cake mix, preferably a vanilla or yellow coloured cake mix (for the 'pizza base') you can use any cake box mix such as Betty Crocker, but if you want to bake a cake from scratch here is a nice recipe for a yellowy coloured cake!:3 >.< ~_^

3 cups of cake flour!
2 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 3/4 cup sugar
2/3 of butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 1/2 vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup of milk

Preheat oven to 350 °F Grease bottom of two 8-inch round cake pans and line with waxed paper or parchment paper. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. Cream sugar and butter together until light. Add eggs and vanilla to creamed mixture and beat until thoroughly mixed. Add flour mixture to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition. Continue beating one minute. Spread batter evenly in prepared pans. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Here you go a perfect yellowy colored cake for you 'pizza base'. Set this a side for now.

Now for decorations! the 'pizza sauce' will be red butter-cream, home-made or store-bought doesn't really matter, just make sure it is RED not PINK! you need to make it look realistic. Here is a recipe for red butter-cream!

1/2 cup of vegetable shortening
1/2 a cup of butter (one stick)
1 teaspoon of extract
4 cups of powdered sugar (sifted) if you don't want it as sweet 3 cups should do
2 tablespoons of milk

In a large bowl beat the butter and shortening together using a stand-mixer or hand-mixer OR a hand held whisk (this method will take more time)

Gradually add sugar, one cup at a time beating well on a medium speed if using electric mixer, the icing would look dry once all sugar incorporated.

Add milk and beat for another minute or so until the mixture is light and fluffy!
NOW add the RED FOOD COLORING! liquid will take more food coloring so i recommend a strong red GEL food coloring!! :P

It might take a few teaspoons of red food coloring to get a strong red colored butter-cream. But its worth it!

Now the toppings!

First the yellow cake we made earlier. To make the sauce you will need your red butter-cream icing! spread a thin but even layer of butter-cream!
next the 'sauce'... for the cheese we will use shaved white chocolate! or you can use shredded coconut yum! pepperoni will be fruit roll ups cut into circles using a cookie cutter, make sure its RED not PINK or other Colors!!! XD >.<

Pineapple can be any yellow jelly candy!
capsicum or bell peppers can be green Swedish fish jelly candy or any kind of green coloured candy!

Olives can be black licorice! Cut into slices!!

Chocolate covered raisins can be beef or sausage!

Get creative with your toppings!

ENJOY YOUR CAKE AND OBVIOUSLY THE LAUGHTER ONCE YOU SERVE THE CAKE!!! HAPPY APRIL FOOLS DAY TO YOU ALL! Serve it in a pizza box! you'll be laughing your eyes out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Picture time!

Hi guys! Today we are going to tell you about a recipe that we have been lovin'. Chocolate lovers today is your day! we are showing you a chocolate cake/cupcake recipe FROM SCRATCH! yumm!
Alright here is the recipe we used to create these amazing cakes!
1 Tbsp instant coffee granules (instant coffee powder
¾ cup water
2 cups of white sugar or superfine sugar

1¾ cups plain flour
¾ cup cocoa powder
2 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
2 eggs
1¼ cups milk Soya Milk will work too.

½ cup sunflower or vegetable oil.

This is the method of making this delicious cakeee!

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and line a 23-25cm cake tin with baking paperr or parchment paper, so that the cake comes out easily without hassle.

Dissolve the coffee granules in water, then place all ingredients into a mixing bowl or mixer until well combined and smooth. Pour the mixture into the cake tin. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes, or until a skewer/toothpick inserted into the centre of the cake comes out clean without any runny batter on it. Cool on a wire rack and when completely cool, ice with either butter cream icing or a glaze.

This next recipe is for those peeps that don't have cocoa powder or just want to try chocolate chips for a change.
  • 2 cups (12 ounces.) semi-sweet chocolate chips or what ever chocolate chips you like. separate into two halves so two one cups.
  • 3/4 cup (1 1/2 sticks) butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar or superfine sugarrrrrrrr.
  • 3 eggies or eggs ;)
  • 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract or vanilla paste.
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour or you can use cake flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt to bring out the flavor of that chocolate
  •   1 1/2 cups water
Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray pan with vegetable pan spray or line with parchment paper. Melt 1 cup chocolate chips and butter together either in microwave or over a double boiler. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Pour into electric mixer bowl. Add sugar, beat until well blended. Beat in eggs, one at time. Add vanilla. Stir in 1/2 cup flour, baking soda and salt! mix well. Add remaining flour and water; mix until smooth and well combined. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 40-45 minutes or until skewer placed in the center comes out clean without any batter on the skewer if batter is on the skewer bake for another 5-10 minutes. Place pan on cooling rack. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup chocolate chips over cake; let stand 2-3 minutes or until chips have softened. If you dont want to add the chocolate chips on the top, simply cover it in butter-cream or any cream of your choice!

Introducing...... USSSSSSS (were not that cool) but we still lurv youuuuu
I love this anyone else >.<' ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥
Hi guys!

TODAY we are going to be talking about MOLDS! Mold help to make the same shapes over and over again and it saves time so we don't have to keep making and making the same shape over and over. Hers our opinion on both silicone and plastic molds ;)♥

There are different types molds, There are lots of different types of mold like, silicone molds, plastic molds and so on... but these are the most popular ones to use. Silicone mold can be made easily with just one material, WELL. actually two but they are bought as one pack. Its is called Silicone mold putty (yes) There are lots of different brands to choose from but all silicone mold putty's use the same principle, mixing the two parts together, USUALLY there is one coloured part and one part that is white, These two are mixed together to make it start to harden into silicone. A lot of popular brands are easy mold and amazing mold putty. This material IS very expensive for the product, but is so helpful when used. It takes around 25 minutes to harden. This material will not dry out when left open. The only time this hardens is when the two parts are mixed together. That s all 'bout the mold putty.

Plastic molds are hard to make because I haven't found out any type of mold maker that makes plastic molds. BUT plastic mold are a great thing to use if you can find 'em.

That's our opinion on both types of molds hope you enjoyed and we'll see you next time. BYEE♥♥
